| 20 | 15) Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50 mm (base metal of minimum 0.45 mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /seIf tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. |

| 29 | 24) Mechanical transportation of existing Grills from Padmaroanagar Compound to site of work. Approximate distance is about 10 Kms. The rate includes transportation charges, loading & un-loading charges, all other incidental charges. Nothing extra shall be paid on any account. All complete and as per directions of the Engineer - in - charge.Approximate length of grills is 3.0 metres and height is 2.00 metre andgrills for covering length of approximate 18 metre are to be transported. All complete and as per the directions of the Engineer - in - charge. |
| 30 | 25) Fixing of existing Grills by cleaning the dust, earth etc, straightening the grills and providing welding wherever necessary for repairing the damaged grills and fixing them using necessary scaffolding and making necessary fixing arrangements and fixing it in cement concrete on the top of compound wall etc. All complete and as per directions of the Engineer - in - charge.The grills are to be modified / adjusted by welding or cutting so that the grills fixed shall look equal in height. Approximate length of grill to be fixed is 18 metres and approximate height is 1.00 metre. Any new structural steel materials fixed to the grills by welding shall be paid separately. All complete and as per the directions of the Engineer - in - charge. |
| 31 | 26) Tightening of bolts and nutsfor the 40m NB Light weight tower ( approx wt of tower is 10.50MT) and gantryincluding fixing of necessary missing bolts with torque resistant bolts and nuts with plain and spring washers checknuts etc and painting the entire tower with synthetic enamel paint in one or more coats to given even shade as per direction of Engineer -In Charge. (Rate includes the cost of tightening of existing bolts and nuts with plain washers and spring washers and checknuts, synthetic enamel paint, necessary scaffolding arrangement, helmets, ropes, pullies and other safety arrangements and all other incidenatal charges, complete all as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Payment for missing bolts and nuts shall be made seperately under relevant item.) Note:- BSNL shall not be responsiblefor any mishaps, damages etc., if any, occuring during the execution of the work. The rate includes the cost for taking necessary insurance for workmen compensation and for comprehensive risk coverage. Nothing extra shall be paid on any account.40m NB light weight tower. |
