REPAIR WORK WILL BE DONE BY WELDING WITH PLINTH AROUND 100 ST POLES, WHICH ARE SUBMERGED BELOW GROUND LEVEL IN HT/LT LINES AT VARIOUS PLACES BY INSERTING MS ANGLES IN THEM IN THE NEXT 03 MONTHS (INCLUDED ALL MATERIAL & LABOUR) UNDER EUDD-TECHNICAL, 11 KV & LT NETWORK-STADIUM / EXPRESSWAY / YEIDA, NOIDA AS PER FOLLWING :-Note :- The all material and labour shall be provided by the contractor.

Repairing of broken/badly damaged S.T Poles (damaged at ground level) in existing H.T/L.T lines due to extra ordinary rusting & scaling. From bottom side welding of 4/5 pieces( approx 75 cm. long) of angle iron of size 50x50x6 mm. Ist of all digging of pit around the pole of size 1.0 mtr. x 1.0 mtr. x 1.0 mtr. is to be done and then cleaning of rust & de-scaling with the help of hard wire brush & chisel and then MS angle iron of size 50x50x6 mm in 4/5 pcs. of required length as per site requirement varying from 70 cms to 75 cm to cut down and then to be welded with the healthy top and bottom portion of the pole with Ist class electric welding with own welding generator set in such as way that on top of bottom potion over-lapping of healthy part is covered 200 mm length approx. before welding the poles where top & bottom portion are separated, the same are to be kept in alignment safely & after completing the above work, the pit should be refilled. Concreting of S.T Pole for grouting (0.285 cu mt.) cement, stone blast) Making plinth of above repaired ST pole in round shape of height 0.30 meters from ground level having outer dia of 500 mm size in CC 1:3:6 in cement, sand , Stone ballast etc. and complete the work in all respect.
