MAINTENANCE AND OTHER RELATED WORK OF POWER TRANFORMER INSTALLED AT VARIOUS 33/11 KV SUB-STATION ON TIME TO TIME AS PER FOLLOWING :-

Arresting of Leakage and sepage in 10 / 8 / 5 MVA Power transformer of 33/11 KV Substations. Work includes Openinig of H.T And LT Side connection, darining out of transformer oil removing of Top of transformer And radiators, replacement of damage guskit/Cog sheet which will be provided by Contractor, fitting of Top And radiators with Proper tightening of nut and bolts with Copper L-Pies and welding Proper connection of H.T. & LT Side with other associated Work to complete the job nut bolt and other required material will be provided by contractor.

Centifusing of Transformer Oil upto 70 KV BDV Value.

Supply and errection of Silicagel Breather complete for 10 MVA Transformer. All material provided by Contractor.

Supply and errection of damage control cable of (4X2 5 Sqmm) for WTI, OTI and Buchholz upto control pannel. All material will be provided by contractor and make it Functional.

Supply and errection WTI & OTI and make it functional.

Supply and errection Arching horn.

Supply and errection of Coppermess strip for 11 KV side connection Neutral.

Supply and errection of Copper L-Piece (Size 50 mm X 10 mm X 200 mm) for 11 KV side of 10 MVA Transformer.

Spray Painting with providing of Power T/F 2 Cot of enamel paint of standard make.
