Tender For Retro Reflective Sign Boards, Caution Boards Etc. And Edge Line And Center Line Work By Thermoplastic Paint At Uddaiyadih Prithviganj (Odr), Pratapgarh District
Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 mad of class-B Type IV retro Reflective sheeting fixed over 2 mm thick aluminuum sheeting vide clause 801.3, 3mm/4mm thick Aluminum composite material sheet depending on the size of the sign fixed over back support frame of min 25x25x3mm angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65NB, 3.2mm thickness firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45cmx45c,x60cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. The sign shall be maintained as per section 12 of IRC 67 (Maximum speed limit).

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compund 2.5 mm thick including reflectrosing glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area. Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of high intensity grade sheeting type 4 vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mmx75mm x 6mm farmaly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45cmx45cmx60cm, 60cm below ground levle as per approved drawing . The retro reflecting sheeting shall be tested for a certificate of having the sheeting tested for coefficient of retro reflection daytime color and luminance shrinkage flexibility liner removal adhesion impact resistance specular glass and fungus resistance, Three year outdoor weathering and its having passed these tests shall be obtained from international/government laboratory/institute by the manufacturar of the sheeting and in case certificate is obtained from international condition its should also be obtained from indian condition with in three year launching of product by the manufacturar in abroad. Alternatoly A certificate confirming to ASTM specification (D 4956-09) on artificial accelated weathering requirment from a reputed laboratory in india can be accepted provisionaly. In such a situation the employer/ cliant if so desire could seek for a performance gaurantee which could be released after receipt of certificate meeting the requirement of three year outdoor weathring of sheeting as per IRC 67:2012 legends letters neumericals and borders etc should be as per MORTH specification no 801.3.7 proof of the same inform of government report shall be uploaded while outing tender.
