Ornamental 6Mtr. decorative cast aluminum pole aluminum cast aluminum base height 1340mm and minimum bottom size 504mm reducing to top 153mm of aluminum casting. The entire base is casted in gravity casting weight not less than 40Kgs. The bottom section of the pole 3000X140X4.0mm and top section of the pole 3000X114X3.2mm. Base plate size 300X300X12mm welded at the bottom of the pole. Poles has a service window at bottom of the pole, comprising of four way connector and MCB for loop-in and loop-out arrangement. Pole is primer coating and polyurethane painted in dual shade antique paint with final coat PU clear. DFT not less than 90 microns. Pole is suitable for ornamental double arm bracket. Erecton of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6(1 cement : 3 coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required above 6.5 metre and upto 8.0 metre Dsr-2018(Electrial) 11.03.2 As per drawing Attached & As per engineer incharge direction. Material should be M-30 & deapth of the planth one third of the pole lenth, Ancor Bolt/Foundation bolt hot dip galvanized.

Supply & fixing of 2000mm long symmetrical double arm brackets 900mm overhang both sides. Bracket is made of cast aluminum & mild steel pipe. Bracket is provided for suspension of ornamental LED’s drop down fixture. Bracket is primer coated & polyurethane paint in dual shade with top mounting fixture arrange. Supply & fixing of Ornamental 120Watt Woom White drop down luminance made of aluminum housing duly polyurethane painted with frosted diffuser for high illuminance & glare free lighting. MCPCB having high lumen LED’s are mounting on aluminium heat sinks. Fixture dimension height 630 and width-625mm, estimated life span of LED- 50,000 burning hours, system efficacy -130lumen/W, surge protection- 4-10Kv, make of LED’s -Osram, Neichra,Cree LED and make of driver - phillips/fulham. Supply and laying of 25 sq. mm 3-1/2 core aluminium conductor PVC insulated armoured served sheathed cables 1100 Volts grade at a depth of 750 mm below ground level over a cushion of 75 mm. thick sand all around and protected with burnt bricks on sides and on top. On surface the cable run shall be fixed on M.S. clamps etc. of suitable size or as directed by the Engineer-Incharge, complete in all respect. The armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth conductor by clamps etc.
