All decentralized material will be provided by the contractor. Executive Engineer, Electricity Test Division may further can deviate the work scope as per the site requirement.

Testing of 33 KV Transformer breaker and C&R panel at 33/11 KV S/S’s under jurisdiction of EDD-CHINOR, EDD-SPN, EDD-TILHAR, EDD-JALALABAD and EDD-POWAYAN. Including following works :- Testing of 33 KV VCB and C&R Panel including 33 KV CT by primary injection, work including OTI, WTI, CT, PT, oil level indicator & buchholz relay, by operation of individual alarm/trip circuits of above. Testing of annunciation/indication circuits displaying on panel. The work includes cleaning adjustment of relay contacts & springs by manual and protection trip commands generated by relays through primary injection set. Remote/local operation also to be checked. And complete checking & repairing of control wiring. All T & P’s as required for above work should be provided by the contractor. All Testing Report after checking the contractor will be made in triplicate and to be submitted in the Test Division,SPN

Testing for 11 KV incoming/outgoing breaker/panels including testing of CT ratio by primary injection set. Testing of relays and its setting as per requirement. The work includes cleaning of relay. Checking and operation of VCB/OCB by remote/local and manual/protection command generated through primary injection set with operation of relays. For tightening of all contacts testing of relay & control wiring, equipment (About training of employee officers etc.). All T & P’s as required for above work should be provided by the contractor. All Testing Report after checking the contractor will be made in triplicate and to be submitted in the Test Division, SPN.

Replacement of defective WTI/OTI including removal of existing faulty WTI/OTI and providing fixing, testing and commissioning of new WTI/OTI complete in all respects as per relevant IS/IEC standards and departmental specifications. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
