e) Agency commission/service charges forexecution and cancellation of bond executed withthe department for clearance of re-importconsignment. Clearance of job work consignments,ATA carnet and any other bonds executed undercustoms rules.

Note:

(1) No of consignments expected from Israel – approx. 250 per year

(2) No of BOEs expected for clearance– approx. 800 per year

(3) One trip means set of cartons/boxes being transported from AAI Cargo to BEL Chennai in a vehicle on a particular day.

(4) The consignment weight will be considered either Gross weight or volumetric weight whichever is higher.

(5) Rates indicated above are exclusive of GST. GST will be paid as per actuals
