(c) Cleaning, lubrication, and adjustment of controller, motor, machine, guide rails, bearings, and door operating mechanisms. (d) Maintenance of automatic/digital control systems, door drive units, sensor/sliding doors, and all safety devices. (e) Replacement of lubricants, consumables, and all required spares, as directed, at no additional cost to the department. (f) Immediate attendance to faults and emergencies to ensure round-the-clock (24 × 7 × 365 days) serviceability of the lift.(g) Annual Load Test of Lift by Government-Authorized Lift Inspector including certificates, liaison, test arrangement, and rectification of remarks (h) The contractor shall ensure uninterrupted functionality and safety of the lift throughout the maintenance period without any extra cost to the Government. |
