| 3 | Winches - Motorized with manual option - Motorized Double Drum Winches shall be self sustaining with out need for break spring or clutch required to adjustment and lubricant system the Gear ratio shall be 50 :1 . The Winch shall be salt lubricating system by means of an oil winch and lubricant recommended. |

| 5 | Mast Head Assembly - The pulley shall be large diameter appropriate to the multy core flexible cable being used . They shall be of non-corrosive and run of self lubricant bearing with stainless steel spindle. arrangement shall be provided the Electric Cable and steel wire rope are separated before passing over the respect pulleys grooves . The complete chassis shall be hot dip galvanized after fabrication. |

It shall be fitted at junction box mounting strips and two segments joints by bolted flange to permit removal from the erected must. | 7 | Cable and Cable Connection - 4 Sqmm 5 core CU flexible round/flat EPRinsulated & PCP sheathed power cable shall be provided terminating in the base compartment of the Mast fitted with plug or socket and all mast cable shall be connected to a weatherproof junction box on the lantern ring equipt with suitable PVC glands. |

| 9 | Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm 4 core, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 10 | Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtrs in depth for laying of cables, pipes etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed. |
| 11 | Returning filling in including spreading, leveling and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer of any type of soil complete all as specified and directed. |
| 12 | Removing surplus excavated material from site not exceeding 50 mtrs from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. |
| 13 | M & L for good quality dry sand cushioning to under ground electric cable on layer of 8 cm thick before laying the cable and second layer of 15 cm thick after laying the cable all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness of sand shall be measured. |
| 14 | Supply and laying sub class \"B\" bricks of old size (230x115x75 mm) or of size locally available ,laid along alignment of cable as protection to cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge |
| 15 | Note: (i) In case the tenderer quotes different rates for similar item then lowest rate shall only be applicable for payment and contractor shall not have any claim on this account.(ii) The Schedule of Credit amount shall be deducted from the total of this schedule (BoQ) to arrive at Contract Sum. |
