M & L for scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm and depth exc 50mm but n.exc 100mm deep sqm all as specified.

Screening road metal, chippings, etc. on the site of the work, when specially ordered, including removing screened materials clear of screen and stacking in separate heaps for measuring (Materials from both sides of screen measured) etc. all as specified and directed.

M & L for water bound macadam (WBM) 100mm thick (compacted thickness) with granite trap or Basalt coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63mm to 40mm size) spread, rolled and compacted to gradient and camber required all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing and laying bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thick with 5.5% binder content using paving bitumen viscosity grade VG-30 by weight of total mix, using mechanical paver & Hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber by using 8 to 12 tonne capacity power roller including spreading a layer of stone dust / sand over entire surfaces all as specified and directed.

Surfacing dressing n exc 15 cm deep complete all as specified.

M & L for hardcore using broken stone or boulders of gauge n.exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base to floor complete all as specified.

M & L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 by using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor finishes complete all as specified including necessary formwork.

M&L for forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound of Grade \"B\" material, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Finishing the concrete surface by brooming complete all as specified.
