S & F in replacement of indoor Type, weather and vermin proofBus bar panel made out of 2 mm thick stainless steel sheet including incoming four pole suitable capacity MCCB and out going 3 nos 32 Amp each MCB SPN and existing 3 no electric energy meters for Md accn bldg incl taking down existing energy meter 3 nos and fixing in new panel for same sequence 415 Volts 50 Hz with front opening and locking arrangement, 200 Amps capacity aluminium bus bar for phase, 3 No\"s and 1 No200 Amp bus bar for neutral, mounted on epoxy insulator including neccessary copper control wiring, heat shrinkable, RYB coloured sleeves over bus bar for identification, RYB led lamp indicatore for 3Phase,earth shields, circular holes at bottom / top to receive incoming and outgoing cable/wire, cable lugs, cable gland,flexible pipe of sizes as required wall/floor mounting angle iron frame made out mild steel angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm grouted on PCC (1:3:6) upto as per site requirement, required height, indicator lamp for each qtrs for supply ONand multifunction meter visiblefrom out side panel with Glass and bidding complete and existing paneldismantling with conected accessories all as specified anddirected by Engr-In-Charge .

S&FJoist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated ( Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-A.

Renewal/ Repairs toLT Panel Board ofany size completeas mentioned below:-(I) Repair/ replacement of damaged hinges of each compartment(ii) Taking down existing bus bars cleaning with CTC applying with becktol red solution, providing bus bar insulation and refixing with new s/s nuts, bolts, washers etc.(iii) Replacement of damaged copper flexible cable and fixing new copper flexible cable of suitable size for incoming and out going connections of each MCCBterminals to bus bars.(iv) Replacement of damaged/ worn out/ loose connections/ cable lugs for incoming & outgoing cables.(v) Replacement ofu/s CT\"s, ammeters, Volt meters, Indication Lamps (01 Set each) including provision of new wiring for the same.Note : Ammeters and CT\"s shall be wired with 2.5 sqmm copper wire.(vi)Replacement of neoprene gasket for all doors of panel board.(vII) Appling two coats of synthetic enameled paint after one coat of primerNote : i)Cost for replacement of spares are deemed to be included in the quoted rates.ii)The rate shall be deemed to be included for replacement of worn out rusted, Channels, hinges, bolts, split pins and cable lugs, cable glands and neoprene gasket with painting to all doors including raising of foundation to 0.3 M height etc.iii) Cost of replacement of MCCB\"s, Repairs to ACB\"s notincluded in the scope of work.iv)contractor should replace wooden plank if any as per requirement
