Comprehensive Maintenance of 1 MW solar power plant through OEM to upkeep, including preventive and breakdown maintence and repair and replacement of all parts (unserviceable) and Labour, of following equipments :-. (i) Solar Modules -3700 Nos (OEM warranty for PV modules in 25 years i.e up to 2043) (ii) Combiner Boxes -24 Nos (iii) Inverter 500 KVA - 02 Nos (iv) ACDB 1000 KVA - 01 No(v) Isolation Transformer 1000 KVA -01 No(vi)Step UP Transformer 1000 KVA -01 No(vii) VCB - 01 No (viii) RMU - 01 No(ix)Metering Equipment with meter -01 No The work for comprehensive maintenance & repair shall comprises of followings:- (i) Servicing of all solar equipments,HT/LT control system, transformers wheather monitoring equipments, SCADA system etc all as per OEM recommendations.(ii) Checking of ABT meter reading and recording in log book as per instructions given by Engr-in-Chrage.(iii) In case of non functioning of the solar plant the contractor shall arrange standby arrangement immediately and to run the plant and repair action shall be taken up separately as and when required on short notice otherwise an amount of Rs. 5000/Per day will be charged as penalty after day one).(iv) cleaning of solar PV module by washing spray, brushes, tools & plants using any washing solutions as per OEM recommendations & as per laid down norms for solar Power plant complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :1. The solar PV modules has warranty for 25 years. Hence only connected item shall be covered under above item of work. However transportation and liaising with OEM for replacement/repair of PV module is deemed to be included in above quoted rates. 2. spares shall be of existing description and make of equipments.
