Removal of all existing acid resistant tiles safely and stacking them for reuse. Removing all existing mortar used for fixing of acid resistant tiles to come to the clean concrete surface.

Water washing of the slab multiple times to allow urea penetrated inside the concrete to slowly come out due to its hygroscopic property. Clean the urea which has oozed out and repeat this multiple times to extract the maximum urea within the limited time frame.

Preparing the surface being repaired to take further treatment with handheld/rotary wire brushes and removing all dust/dirt complete.

Supply and Application of Acid Resistant Brick lining with mentioned specifiactions:1st Layer of Monomerimpregnation @0.25 kg / m2

2nd layer of Structural Grade Epoxy Bond Coat

3rd, 4th and 5th layer as per attached flag-A in tender doc
