Supply of drinking (potable) water through water tankers of capacity 10,000 liters from DJB source including driver, helper, lubricants, fuels and delivery/distribution water all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Conditions: The royalty will be paid by the agency to Delhi Jal Board as per the prevalent rates of DJB and is already included in the rates.The DJB water source shall be DJB-UGR in Holambi Kalan, Delhi and as approved by Engineer-in-charge.(Nothing extra will be paid on the account)All the necessary permission from any Govt Body Shall be taken by agency at its own.All the payments to the DJB shall be made by agency well in advance so that water supply not interrupted and the proof of the same is to be submitted in the office of EE/NPD-7 and payment will be released on account of submission.The contractor shall be solely responsible for any accident or mishappening during transportation of water tankers.NOTE : Condition for L1 Bidder – Availability and Exclusive Deployment of Water Tankers:- The L1 bidder shall be required to submit a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) or ownership documents confirming the availability of at least two water tankers, each having a minimum capacity of 10,000 litres, and compliant with BS-VI emission norms or operating on CNG. Furthermore, the bidder must certify that the said tankers are not deployed elsewhere at the time of MoU submission and shall remain exclusively available for this work throughout the contract period—from the start date until completion of the work to ensure the timely and proper supply of drinking water as per the contract requirements. Failure to submit the requisite MoU or ownership documents, or non-compliance with the exclusivity condition, within 7 days of issuance of the Letter for commencement of work may result in forfeiture of the Performance Guarantee and will render L1 Bidder ineligible to participate in bid in re-tendering of said work and agency shall also certified that the tanker solely used for drinking water and has never been used for STP water.
