M&L for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam 4% binder content of total mix (Paving bitumen any penetration) laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) gradient to uniform smooth surfacescomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L forBituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, paved bitumen by hot mix process and laid by mechanical paver, rolled with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces (using paving bitumen VG-30)complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for preparing black top surfaceby brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat withbituminous primer (Viscocity grade Bitumen VG-10) at 5.0Kg/ 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimum 2.5mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking of 150/100 mm width using \"HOT MARK\" thermoplastic paint (Hot apllication) white/ yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads Titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter fillers, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be the table No 800.4 of MOST specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacture instructions and as directed.
