(f) Repair ofalarm systems of all Elevators/Lifts |
| 7 | Note 02 - The entire work mentioned in item No 01 to 05, including comprehensive, preventive and periodical maintenance of lifts / elevators shall be got executed through OEM i.e. M/s OTIS Elevator company (India) Ltd only.The contractor will also submit the physical copy of MOU with M/S OTIS Elevator company within 15 days of AOC.(i)Grade of oil required in gear box shall be India oil, Servo Mesh 320 pr Servo system 320 equivalant Grade of oil all as approved by Engg - in - charge.(ii) Any items not covered under as supply only shall be deemed to be included in this section for the smooth fuctioning of lifts and contractor may quote the rate accordingly. (iii) contractor is expected to inspect the lift before quoting the rate. |
| 8 | Note 03:(i) Contrator shall be attending complaint round the clock i.e 24 hrs. If contractor is not able to rectify the complaint, penalty shall be charged as given below (a) upto 1st day- NIL(b) 2nd day- Rs 1000/-(c) Subsequently for every day- Rs 1200/day(ii) Responce time shall be 3 working hours if any breakdown call is received during late hours the same will be attended by early next morning. The call back service will be provided with respect of WEF 9.00am to 5.30 pm in case of any emergency the service may be provided beyond this timing. As against major breakdownthe time needed for repair/replacement of the following items to the extent indicated should also not to be counted as down time.a. rewinding/replacement of main motors 07 daysb. Warm Gear 07 days.c. Speed governor rope 02 daysd. Brake shoe liner01 daye. Transformer Rectifier05 daysf. Tralling cable replacement 05 daysg. Brake Magnet /Door drive motor rewinding alcement05 Days |
| 9 | Note 3 :- (i) All defective parts will be replaced by contractor within 48 hrs as per above mentioned Lifts. Replacement cost of defective parts will be included in above quoted rates . On failure, a panel recovery of Rs. 2000/- per day shall be made from the contractor dues.(ii) In order to certify proper maintenance of the system, monthly visit of Engineer from authorised rep of company to check the efficient running ofall Lifts/Elevatorsis mandatory on part of contractor. The unit rates quoted by the tenderer shall be deemded to includethis aspects. Necessary documents in support of deployment and visit of authorised representative from company shall be submitted by the contractorafter each visit. On failure of visit by auth. representative or non submission of report by him, a panel recovery of Rs. 5000/- per visit shall be made from the contractor dues. |
| 10 | M&L for painting of Elevators/ Lifts Complete including Cabin complete and channel/Collapsible door of all floor 1st floor to 5th Floor complete with Spray gun and brush with synthetic enamel paint as per existing colour over coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 11 | Material and labour for checking and testing of ARD (Automatic Rescue device) system of lifts including replacementof unserviseablemaintenance free Sealed Lead-Acid Battery ) of Lifts cap- 12 Volt 7.5 Ah ( 08 Nos) stype EP-12-12 as per existing. |
