| 2 | Note: -i).Contractor shall keep the following aspects in mind while quoting unit rates and rates quoted shall be deemed to be involving the following: - |
| 3 | ii).All above relevant documents must be submitted for approval before entering into AMC with firm.(ii) All defective parts will be replaced by contractor within 48 Hrs as per under mentioned Laundry Plant . Replacement cost of defective parts is to be included in above mentioned AMC Rates.(iii) In order to certify proper maint of the plant , monthly & breakdown visits of Engineer/technician from OEM/Approved firm to check efficient running of Laundry Plant is mandatory on part of contractor.The unit rates quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to be included this aspect. Necessary documents in support ofvisit of authorised representatives from OEM/Approved firm shall be submitted by the contractor after each visit. On Failure of visit by OEM/Approved firm representative or non submission of report by him, a panel recovery of Rs 15000/- per visit shall be made from the contractor dues.(iv) Contractor shall enter into an agreement with OEM/Approved firm company for AMC and submit to GE (W) Bareillyafter acceptance of works within 15 days. |
| 4 | v) AMC includes monthly visit of qualified and experienced technician/engineer and Inspection, dismantling and taking down the needful items in connection to carry out necessary repair/maintenance of all machines of Laundry Plant and replacement of spares and complete assembling after repair/overhauling, servicing, cleaning and testing so as to make the machine functional in all aspects. |

Cost of minor parts such as nuts, bolts,screws, clamps, T&Ps, oiling, greasing, cleaner liquid for steam pipes,GI/SS fittings, V-belts etc, deemed to be included in the quoted rates,Belts of drying ironer,clothes/cover of flat bed press ,rubber hose pipe,V Belts any size and type,main door rubber gasket for washer extractor 30/60kg.,Stainless steel Door lock of washer extractor 30/60Kg. ,servicing and programming setting /resetting of the display card of Laundry Machines,replacement of an type of contactor,display meter,push buttons,deemed to be included in the quoted rates |

| 12 | Opening dismantling and disconnecting all water connection and electrical connection of Dryingtumbler capacity of30 Kg make- STEFAB and reassemble the same for repair after removing nuts and bolts and replacement of counter bearings of suitable size with bush & sleeves for drying tumbler 60kg. including Oiling, cleaning, servicing and greasing, balancing and alignment of cylindrical basket, balancing of blower, shaft turning, descaling and servicing of steam radiator for the smooth functioning of the machine complete all as directed. |
| 13 | Opening dismantling and disconnecting all water connection and electrical connection of Dryingtumbler capacity of60 Kg make- STEFAB and reassemble the same for repair after removing nuts and bolts and replacement of counter bearings of suitable size with bush & sleeves for drying tumbler 60kg. including Oiling, cleaning, servicing and greasing, balancing and alignment of cylindrical basket, balancing of blower, shaft turning, descaling and servicing of steam radiator for the smooth functioning of the machine complete all as directed. |

| 18 | Comprehensive maintenance of Steam Boiler quantity - TWONos of Capacity 600 Kg/Hr Make Thermax, Model Revomax RXA-06 for 11 months by the service technician of OEM Thermax/Delta Therm or approved by Engineer In-charge/GE . |
| 19 | a).The Comprehensive maintenance Service package covers the following: |
| 20 | b). Site visit for preventive maint and check up of Steam boiler will be carried out by service technician ofor as recommended by the Engineer In-chargeevery month during the contract period. Contractor must submit the service reports every month from the Service Engineers along with the details of the Repair/maint/replacement of spares/testing of Steam Boilers carried out during Every month during the contract period. On Failure of visit by OEM/Approved firm representative or non submission of report by him, a panel recovery of Rs 1000/- per visit shall be made from the contractor dues. |
| 22 | d). Cleaning of chocked coil by descaling steam boiler -01 Nos, if required engineer shall be supervising the descaling activity with Descaling Chemical (i.e. Chemical recommended by service Engineer) |
