Preparation and Submission of Design BasisReport (DBR), Concept Drawings (CD) and Tender Drawings (TD) acceptance there on by Dept. Preparation and Submission of Design Report(DR), vetting of design & drawings through Civil Engineering Department of IIT Guwahati (vetting charges shall be borne by the consultant), detail estimate, submission of Good for Construction (GFC) drawings and detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for construction and tendering purpose acceptance thereon by Dept.After submission of (as built drawings) - design and approval of the same by authority if any, in soft as well as hard copies and completion report etc. acceptance thereon by Dept. During progress of work and visits to site till the completion of all works on ground as per conditions of EOI.
