Providing and applying Marble Texture Grit Plaster to exterior walls at heights up to 10 meters above ground level including application of a specialized chemical primer coat followed by a high-strength base coat also, laying of marble texture stones of approved size, colour, and mix proportions and execution in panels with perimeter grooves as per the approved architectural pattern including manual scrubbing and washing of the top layer using brushes and water to uniformly expose stone chippings. All work to be completed as per technical specifications and the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Forming groove of uniform size from 15X6 mm and up to 20X6 mm in the top layer of marble texture grit plastered surface as per approved pattern, including providing and fixing aluminium channels of appropriate size and thickness (not less than 2 mm), nailed to the under layer with rust proof screws and nails and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra for marble texture grit plaster on exterior walls of height more than 10 m from ground level for every additional height of 3 m or part thereof complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
