Cleaning thestructural/other surface neatlyat all heights, manually with suitable tools or with high pressure water jet spray (using suitable mechanical means), and scraping if required, to remove the whole accumulateddust, rust, dirt etcas per departmental instructions.

Supplying good qualityMaruthu’ wood wrought and put up forjoists, planks & gridsof specified size to suit at site as per departmental instructions.

Labour charges for conveying from site store and fixing in positionthe Maruthu wood wrought and put up joists, planks,runners etc including labour charges for fixing nails if required and providing gooves & cutting at edges etc. as per site conditions, after removing the damaged members,at all heights as per departmental instructions

Painting with one coat of zinc chromate yellowprimer and two coatsin distinct colour of synthetic enamel paint using approved brand & quality at all heightsafter cleaning the surface including cost of all paint and materials, labour charges, scaffolding charges etc.complete as per deptl instructions

Applying one coat of epoxy high build finish paintof approvedbrand & colour at all levels including cost of paint and materials, scaffolding charges (if required), labour charges and all other incidental charges etc. complete as per deptl. instructions.

Applying two coats of self priming coal tar epoxy paint, “Rust-O-Seal” of Asian Paints/ “Protecteros CTE mastic” of Berger Paints or equivalent approved quality coal tar epoxy having volume of solids 70 % (aprox.) at all heights after cleaning the surface including cost of paint, scaffolding charges, labour charges and all other incidental charges etc.complete as per departmental instructions at site.
