| 3 | Detailed topographic survey and submitting report including Conducting survey with TOTAL STATION/DGPS/GPS X,Y,Z instrument and to complete the following scope:(i) Apex to Apex traverse showing all salient features viz permanent structures, roads, existing structures/buildings.hunts, boundary walls, paved areas, culverts, nallas, rivers, other water bodies (vagu/cheruvu/gedda), electric poles(LT/WT), LT/WT lines, transformers,septic tanks, STP, WTC, Telephone lines, worship places, sewer lines, storm water drains, water supply lines, manholes, marking of Trees including type of tree & girth diameter at 2m height, other vegetation, any other features and establishing True North at site including clearing all bushes, shrubs as directed for conducting survey work only and preparation of drawings in AUTO-CAD format, (ii) Taking levels at every 5mx5m grid in the given plain area & 3m x 3m grid in case of foot hills including clearing of bushes, shrubs etc. Wherever necessary to take up the survey work & preparation of drawings in AUTO-CAD format, (iii)Plotting contours at 1.0m Intervals using TOTAL STATION only and preparation of drawings in AUTO-CAD format, (iv)Submission of 3 hard copies of signed drawings in colour (A2/A0) along with Auto CAD drawings in CD format and data, etc. as instructed by the Engineer in charge. (v)Boundary identification and mapping with reference to village map, cadastral records, and adjacent properties. (vi)Identification of survey numbers and subdivision as per occupation and land documents. (vii)Area mapping and classification-open, built-up, road, park, green area, etc. (viii)Superimposition of all surveyed data on Google Earth image. |
