| 1 | Annual Maintenance contract for servicing and load testing of Electric Operated Overhead Trally (EOT) for one year period. It consists of checking function of MH, AH, LT and CT brakes,checking and attending gearbox oil leaks, Cleaning of wire ropes and inspect for the wear and tear, peening of wire, broken strands, kink mechanical damage and core damage, checking condition and function of Rope drum,checking condition of bushes and replace if required, alignment of drive shafts, tighten bolts, keys and fasteners, backlash in gear coupling, gear tooth wear in gear couplings, refill gear coupling with grease, checking condition and functions of hooks, alignment and skewness of rails and wheels, Checking function and condition of the limit switches, checking crane motions, limit switch operation and brake performance, bearing condition and lubrication & greasing of all motors, gear boxes, shafts, axles, wheels & pulleys,functions of limit switches, etc and load testing of crane once in year to complete as per the specification and scope of the work as given. |
