Rewinding of Frequency Converters (Motor Stator & Rotor , Alternator stator & Rotor including Excitor Stator & Rotor).Make : AEG, Capacity :-Motor : 390 V, 60 AMPS, 40.5 KW, 50 Hz, 1 PF, 1500 RPM, CONT DUTYGenerator : 400 V, 58 AMPS, 40.3 KVA, 50 HZ, 0.8 PF, 1500 RPM, CONT DUTY. Exc : 30 V, 1.9 AVendor Should Collect the Rotary Converter set from SRC Electrical Workshop and hand it over to SRC Electrical Workshop after completion of Rewinding. Vendor Should provide Warranty Certificate for 12 months. Balancing of Rotors to be carried out and certificate should be submitted to HSL. Stage wise Inspection should be offered by Vendor while Rewinding inprogress to Ship Staff & HSL. Satisfactory trails to be shown to Ship Staff & HSL at onboard.Note: Bearings ( 08 Nos ) will be provided by HSL to Vendor.
