Machining of shank bore in way of anchor D-shackle Details of Anchor and scope of work : (a) Weight of the Anchor = 850 kg, Anchor length = 1800 mm, Anchor width (max) = 1100 mm. (b) Existing eccentric hole size = minimum 55mm to maximum 65mm and shank width = 60mm (c) Final required size of concentric hole post machining = 79mm (d) The finished hole should have a good surface finish to accommodate Shackle pin of dia. 77 mm. (e) All tools, tackles, manpower including shifting of anchors to outside and inside and transportation all are under contractor scope (f) Work Completion Time – 04 Days
