The contractor shall be paid for the quantum of work done at the percentage quoted for all the item of works in the Bill of Quantities. 3) The rates quoted in the BOQ shall be for carrying out the work in conformity to the BIS, TNBP and Technical Specifications and other Terms and Conditions set out in the Bid Document 4) All pages in the BOQ should be digitally signed without omission are also upload the designated website https://tntenders.gov.in Changes in the Probable of Probable of Quantity 5) The departmental value given in the Price Schedule in the BoQ in excel format is inclusive of GST. The GST amount is also shown separately in the Price Schedule. The bidder should quote the percentage in Price Schedule form for the total departmental value inclusive of GST. 6) If the final quantity of the work done differs from the quantity in the Bill of Quantities for the particular item/items, the rates as in the agreement for the relevant items shall be paid. Goods and Service Tax & TDS on GST 7) The bidder should quote the percentage in Price Schedule form for the total departmental value inclusive of GST @ 18% (or) as per G.O. amended from time to time. The GST amount should be arrived for the Total basic cost of all the items. 8) From every payment made to the firm/Contractor, deduction at source towards GST shall be made for civil work contract subject to issue of amendments from time to time.
