The board shall be complete with an all-around frame constructed from rolled mild steel sections 50mmx50mmx5mm,The sign board shall be supported by a vertical tubular mild steel (MS) section, 50 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm, extending to a total height such that the bottom of the sign board is 450 mm above finished ground level. The vertical support pole shall be embedded 150 mm into the ground within a concrete foundation of size 150mm x150mmx200mm of Nominal Mix Concrete Type B-0 (1:2:4 ),12.50 mm graded aggregate) including all necessary excavation for the pole foundation and the removal of surplus excavated soil from the site. The entire exposed metal work of the sign board, frame and support pole shall receive one coat of appropriate metal primer followed by two coats of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. |
