The job covers daily upkeep of AC plant comprisingof chiller uniti.econdenser, chiller, etc. complete and cleaning of AHUs with electric motor including pan type humidifiers of different KW ratings, complete ducting, fan coil units, cooling tower, hot water generator and its piping network, chilled water piping, condense piping, pump and motors of chilled water and condenser and cooling towers, water supply piping, instruement starter, connected control cabling/wiring including electrical panels with switchgear (except compressor unit) for smooth & efficient performance of AC plant to achieve desired inside conditions throughout the season all as specified & as directed. (ii)Cleaning of installation inside and out side of the Bldg and the costthereof shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (iii) Contractor shall provide Techanically qualified person for fault attending within 24 hrs. If the AC plant is off load/break down more than 24 hrs, a penalty at the rate of Rs. 5000/- per day shall be levied and deducted from the contractor\"s payment. (iv) Contractor shall maintain temperature of AC plants at 23 ± 2 degree Celcius and RH 50 ± 5%. (v) During entire contract period any defective components/or any other materials which is not specified in Sch \"A\" but required repair/replacement to make plant/ machinery fully functional, the cost of same shall be deemed included in quoted rates and nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor on this account. The transportation and other necessary equipments shall be arranged/brought by the contractor, hence the bidder is advised to visit the site and assess the q+E30uantum of the work to be carried out in the contract and quote their rate accordingly.(vi)Make and model of part to be replaced shall be same as existing at site (vii) Comprehensive /Periodic maintenance means ensuring optimal functioning of AC plant by synchronising all levels at no extra cost. (viii)All above points mentioned in notes for the period of threemonths shall be considered as one Job. (ix) Periodic maintenance shall take place at every four month or as directed by GE/CWE. The earth strip shall be tested after carefully completion as per IS specifications and as shown in electric plate No 3 of SSR Part-I of 2009 and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. |
