Supply and Installation of Smart prepaid Single Phase Meter with the following specifications:• AC Single Phase Two Wire, Tamper Proof, Static Meter of Class 1.0, 240 V, 50 Hz, 10 A-60 A conforming to IS-16444 with communication technology including GPRS / RF / Hybrid(GPRS+RF) / any other advanced technology as per CEA / TRAI regulations)& with BIS identification mark on Name Plate and relevant IEC standardson demand display, billing data generation facility, anti-tamper features,recharge tokens display, Microprocessor and LED/LCD based circuitry.• Meter Should support sending thethe following data to the software : 15/30 min instantaneous data for voltage, current, power factor, power, cumulative energy and frequency, monthly billing survey for Cumulative Energy and Max Demand• Meter should have connect / disconnect functionality operable from prepaid billing software• The meter should be capable to intigrate with existing AMI server installed at Airforce station subroto park, meter installations shall be installed as per IS-16444.MAKE: Secure, L&T, Schneideror any other make approved by GE

Note for item No.2&3:(a) The contractor would be responsible from removing the existing meter, noting down the reading and depositing it with the MES.(b) The contractor should responsible for intrigration of these new 16444 energy meters with existing AMI infra smart prepaid meter server installed at Airforce station subroto park including proviosion of all billing parameters, energy realated data,token genration which are available in exisitng software (i.e MES TVS server) (c) The meters would carry 10 year warranty.(d) Quoted rates deemed to be includes telecom netwrok charges,NB-IOT ,OTP charges for User and service provider & DLT charges during DLP period.(e) Quoted rates deemed to be includes OEM meter token genaration and sae shall be reflected in meter and user accountduring DLP period.(f) Contractor should take MOU with existingM/S Secure server located GE AF at Subrato Park, Palam for maintainance of these meters installed at Airforce station sulur during DLP period.(g) Contractor shall be responsible for supply/planning/setup/tuning of network management & H&S for the existing AMI infra smart prepaid meter server for the meters catered in this job. Quoted rates deemed to be included.
