Description of works

Provision for earth work excavation for walkway in hard soil including removal of excavated materials and disposing the same up to a distance of 50 mtr. and preparing the bed for laying plain cement concrete for foundation of path, curing etc. Complete as per the direction of site incharge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8 with 20mm trap stone metal obtained from approved quarry for foundation of walkway including carrying, mixing, laying compaction form work curing etc. Complete as per the direction of site incharge.

Providing and laying roughly dressed trap stone walkway all around the Rajwada and birthplace of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj by using roughly dressed stone of size 0.55x0.40x0.15 and not less than 0.45x0.40x0.15 mtr. thickness, stone obtained from approved quarry including lead and lift necessary dressing fixing in position with required slope and rest over the un-slaked lime mortar 1:1:1 without natural ingredient curing etc. Complete as per the direction of site incharge.

Providing and laying khandki trap stone steps to the walkway with two-line dressed stone of size 0.45x0.30x0.25 mtr. Thickness, stone obtained from approved quarry including lead and lift necessary dressing fixing in position with required slop and rest over the un-slaked lime mortar 1:1:1, curing etc. Complete as per the direction of site incharge.

Providing pointing to the walkway by using traditional lime mortar 1:1:1, consolidating the admixture by adding surkhi, jaggery, hirda fruit, Gum, and portable water including racking out joints and finishing suitable to give recess joints curing etc. Complete as per the direction of site incharge.

Provision for grassing the area with good quality Korean jumping grass pad including laying watering etc. Complete as per the direction of site incharge.

Provision for planting the healthy and good quality decorative plants of various verity including excavation for pit, filling the pit with good quality earth mixing by cow dunk and other fertilizer and pesticides, cost of plant and labours etc. Complete as per the direction of site incharge.
