| 19 | Supplying of missing TOWER material of Galvanised Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in build up sectioons, trusses and framed work, including cutting, with Galvanized steel sections consisting of Angles, Flats, Plates and tubes fabricated as per approved drawing. The galvanizing shall be as per IS: 4759 with average mass of zinc coating of 610 gm/sqm (approximately 85 micron). The steel sections shall be of M.S.grade \"A\" as per IS: 2062. Cost of galvanization is inclusive. The payment shall be made as per the standard structural steel tables for the bare steel sectional weights. All complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 20 | Transportation of stipulated quantity of Tower anchor bolts, base plates and base angles for one number 40 M ground based tower from BSNL Circle store to the site of work including loading & unloading complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 21 | Labour charges for orienting and fixing assembly of 8 nos -32 mm dia anchor bolts in each of the 4 legs /pedastals of tower with the help of template, base plate and other base arrangements . A total of 32 numbers anchor bolts shall be oriented and fixed for each tower as per drawings of Genetic requirements No GR TWR- 12/01 June 2005. Rate includes cost of necessary scaffolding arrangement etc all complete as directed by the Engineer -in-charge (Base plate and Anchor bolts will be supplied by the Department) |
| 22 | Sorting of tower material at stores or site required for erection of 40 m GB Tower in orderely manner as per bill of materials / erection drawings No. GR TWR-12/01 June 2005 from a lot of material of more than one tower or other store materials and listing out the missing material, if any complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Payment under this item shall be made only once for a tower material). |
| 23 | Transportation of 40 M G.B. tower material from concerned BSNL SSA store upto site of work within the SSA or vice versa at any lead by mechanical transportation including loading, unloading as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 24 | Labour for hoisting fixing and erection of 40 mtrs height Ground based structural Steel Tower as per approved Genetic requirements No.GR TWR-12/01 June 2005 with all its necessary components Viz climbing ladder, platforms with railing and fixing with bolts, nuts, plain and spring washers. Cost includes necessary welding and alteration of any mismatching holes to the members wherever required complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge (NOTE:Rate includes cost of all operations involved in hoisting and erection of tower including hire and labour charges of tolls, plants and machinerires all insurane, safety provision , acceptance testing etc all complete and nothing extra will be paid) Tower material shall be supplied by department at site. (Weight about 8.30 MT) |
| 25 | Painting two or more coats with high gloss synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and colour (International white and orange) over one coat of etching primer (Bison wash primer or equivalent) and second coat of Bison Zinc Phasphate primer or equivalent of approved brand as per recommendation of International Civil Aviation Rules in 40 M galvanised structural steel tower. (Note: The rate shall include cost of labour and material involved in painting of complete tower, platform, antenna mount, ladder, vertical & horizontal tray, post etc. and nothing extra shall be paid on any account). |
| 26 | Providing and fixing maker plate of size 1700x1000 mm made of M.S. sheet 3 mm thick welded over the frame of M.S. angle of required size including painting with synthetic enamel paint of required shade (Two or more coats) with an under coat of Zinc chromate yellow primer and required letter writing as specified with appropriate paint as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(fixing to be done at second staging of tower) |
