Term Contract for Artificers works to perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and condition contained or referred to in the tender documents and upon the conditions as per tender documents contained as may be demanded and as enumerated in the MES standardSchedule of rates Part-I, 2009 (specifications) with amendment Nos 1 to 3 and MES standard Schedule of rates Part-II, 2020 (Rates) withamendment Nos 1 to 122 and General Conditions of Contracts (IAFW-2249) with errata 1 to 20 and amendment Nos 1 to 49 forming part of tender document during the period of ONE YEARfrom the date of ACCEPTANCE at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES Schedule.NOTE:-(i) Tenderer shall insert percentage at the 11 th row and 4th & 5th column of this BOQ excel sheet.(ii) Tenderer shall refer and select the option excess(+) or less(-) sheet to quote the percentage above or below MES standard Schedule of rates Part-II, 2020.(iii) Amount inserted by the MES under rate column and the total amount reflected in this page is approximate and for reference only being Term Contract Separate orders as per requirement of work will be ordered.The work order is to be priced at rates given in SSR Part-II 2020 (Rate) and adjusted by the percentage quoted by the contractor.(iv) Irrespective of quoted amount generated by the system in the BOQ, Acceptance of Contract shall be made for the total estimated amount and percentage (Excess/Less) thereto quoted by the tenderer.However, the total contract sum shall not exceed total estimated amount shown in BOQ.
