1	Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.
2	Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and exc 1.5 metre but not exc 3.00 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.
3	Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.
4	Removing excavated soil/material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
5	M&L for sand cushioning using clean local unwashed river sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of under ground electric cable complete all as specified and as directed.Notes:-(i) Approved local river sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment, only punned thickness shall be measured.
6	Supplying and laying factory made, un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, ISI marked, Class LV, Type 1, with flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm, laid as cable protection cover in trenches, complete all as specified & as directed.
7	Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE insulated screened,bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 400 sqmm Single core laid in trenches/ducts, fixing on walls/ through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles including connecting to installation equipment / panel with bus bar etc with suitable lugs, glands, nuts bolt & washer complete all as specified and directed.Notes :- (i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.(ii) Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

15	M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 100mm bore light grade, ISImarked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable complete all as specified and directed.Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.
16	M&L for copper earthing with copper earth plate electrode 60cm X 60cm X 3.15mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connecting to copper strip 20 X 3 mm as earthing strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nut and washers protected with and including 40mm bore medium grade GI pipe for protection of earth strip from plate to main switch panel, necessary excavation and earth work, magnesium sulphate (80 Kg) ), charcoal (2 Qtl) and common salt (2 Qtl) filling, watering arrangement with 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade including earth pit of PCC M-10 (Nominal Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate with MS TMT reinforcement bar of 8mm dia @ 150mm centre to centre both ways, MS handle 10mm dia made to shape, PGI funnel, wire mesh with test point, testing (all as shown in electrical plate No 3 and commissioning compele all as specified and directed.Note:- On testing, after completion, if the earth resistance below 1 Ohms is not obtained, earthing will rejuvenated at no extra cost till the desired earth resistance is obtained.
17	Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of factory fabricated CPRI approved, type tested, floor mounted, IP 65 grade, outdoor type LT cubical panel, double door type made out of 3mm thick CRCA MS sheet outer body and 2mm thick CRCA MS sheet inner body duly powder coated with seimens grey shade RAL 7032 all as per IEC 609413-1&2, dust and vermin proof with suitable size TPN PVC sleeved aluminium bus bar, including aluminium bus bars for incoming and outgoing MCCBs connections supported on glass fiber reinforced thermosetting plastic insulated support with lifting lugs of suitable size. The panel should be fully compartmentalised for each control gear having back side of panel openable and should be provided with suitable louvers for ventilation panel should be mounted on base frame made out of angle iron 40x40x6mm duly grouted to PCC floor complete. The bottom of the panel (space between bottom of panel and top of PCC floor) shall be covered with 2mm thick CRCA sheet covering all the sides of the base frame duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade over one coat of red oxide primer. Bus bars provided shall be adequately supported on insulators to withstand dynamic stresses due to short circuit current and shall be suitably colour coded with heat shrinkable sleeve for phase indication. The standard phase arrangement when facing the switchgear shall be RYB from left to right. The bus bar connections and their insulated supports shall be mechanically strong, and shall withstand all the stresses which shall be imposed upon them in ordinary working due to fixing, vibration, fluctuation in temp, shot-circuit or other causes. The bus bar will be supported on DMC. Provision shall be made for expansion and contraction of the bus bars and connections with variation of temp. Internal wiring should be done with multi standard copper conductors and shall be properly bunched, tied, ferruled for proper identification, crimped and shall be connected with suitable lugs and PVC sleeves, etc. The bottom of the panel should contain detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. Threaded earthing studs - 02 Nos shall be provided at the bottom and lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the panel safety shall be made.
18	The cubical incomer MCCB as well as outgoing shall have copper TPN/TP extension links of current rating not less than 1.5 times the rates capacity of individual feeders. 17	Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of factory fabricated CPRI approved, type tested, floor mounted, IP 65 grade, outdoor type LT cubical panel, double door type made out of 3mm thick CRCA MS sheet outer body and 2mm thick CRCA MS sheet inner body duly powder coated with seimens grey shade RAL 7032 all as per IEC 609413-1&2, dust and vermin proof with suitable size TPN PVC sleeved aluminium bus bar, including aluminium bus bars for incoming and outgoing MCCBs connections supported on glass fiber reinforced thermosetting plastic insulated support with lifting lugs of suitable size. The panel should be fully compartmentalised for each control gear having back side of panel openable and should be provided with suitable louvers for ventilation panel should be mounted on base frame made out of angle iron 40x40x6mm duly grouted to PCC floor complete. The bottom of the panel (space between bottom of panel and top of PCC floor) shall be covered with 2mm thick CRCA sheet covering all the sides of the base frame duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade over one coat of red oxide primer. Bus bars provided shall be adequately supported on insulators to withstand dynamic stresses due to short circuit current and shall be suitably colour coded with heat shrinkable sleeve for phase indication. The standard phase arrangement when facing the switchgear shall be RYB from left to right. The bus bar connections and their insulated supports shall be mechanically strong, and shall withstand all the stresses which shall be imposed upon them in ordinary working due to fixing, vibration, fluctuation in temp, shot-circuit or other causes. The bus bar will be supported on DMC. Provision shall be made for expansion and contraction of the bus bars and connections with variation of temp. Internal wiring should be done with multi standard copper conductors and shall be properly bunched, tied, ferruled for proper identification, crimped and shall be connected with suitable lugs and PVC sleeves, etc. The bottom of the panel should contain detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. Threaded earthing studs - 02 Nos shall be provided at the bottom and lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the panel safety shall be made.
18	The cubical incomer MCCB as well as outgoing shall have copper TPN/TP extension links of current rating not less than 1.5 times the rates capacity of individual feeders.
