| 1 | Supply, installing, testing and commissioning in replacement Outdoor LT Panel, Design verified assembly as per IEC 61439 Part 1& 2, internal arc compliance of 70kA-0.5s as per IEC 61641, ICC ES AC -156, 3.2g Compliance. The LV Panel shall be manufactured in accordance with switchgear OEM design guidelines, ensuring full compliance with IEC 61439 standards. The type test certification shall be done by OEM and franchisee shall carry out assembly as per type tested design. To ensure compatibility, both the panel design and the switchgear components (ACB / MCCB / Control gear / VFD / Meters etc) should be from same OEM. The bus bar supports used should be supplied by OEM and should be having a CTI (Comparative Tracking Index) of 600V, All Hinges must be anti-theft type & has to be supplied by Authorized venders of OEM. Minimum clearances between phases / live parts shall be 25 mm and phases /live parts / neutral to ground shall be 19 mm except on the equipment terminals. The enclosures for electrical equipment, including metallic doors, shall provide a degree of protection against mechanical impacts of IK10, as specified in IEC 62262. | 45 | Trimming / pruning / cutting of tree branches (not more than 50 mm girth) coming near to street light, clearing the line around 2 m single / both sides and disposal of branchesfrom site exceeding 50 m and not exceeding 250 m from site complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note : -(i) Due care is to be given while trimming/cutting the tree branches that there should no damage to pole.In case due to any negligence, damage is caused to be make good/renewal by the contractor from his own resources and nothing extra is admissible.(ii)All Safetytolabourer must be adhered by the contractor during trimming and cutting of tree branches. |
