(ii) No claim shall be entertained if the machine is not required for full working days for any days as directed by Engineer-in-charge and not order by the user\"s or can be use continuiously more than 8hours, in such circumstances driver and labour shall be change accordingly shiftwise. (for 08 hours per shift) (iii) One number JCB. driver/operator and helper shall be arranged by the contractor as and when required and as directed.(iv) Cost of main of JCB including in quoted rates by contractor during working period will not be considered for payments to contractor. |

(ii) Supervisor shall be is highly skilled to operator IMDM machine. |
