| 1 | Comprehensive/ Preventive maintenance of 2x80 TR central AC Plant make- Voltas and comprising/connected equipments of Centralized AC Plant and replacing any type of unsv spares/parts i.e. micro processed unit control modules of plant, screw type compressor, evaporator , electronical expansion valve, water cooled condenser with integral sub cooler, oil cooler, oil piping, oil filter, refrigerant filters,semi synthetic type 1 RTHB refrigeration oil , refrigeration oil lubricant ISO-68 polyester, RTHD (Recommended by the OEM), pressure switch, solenoid switch, driers, humidify heaters, hot water generator (75 KW), thermostatic valves, check valves, balancing valve, temperature gauge, water pressure gauge, water flow switch, low pressure control, high pressure control, industrial thermostat and automatic control valves, charging of refrigerant R-134a or any type etc. as and when required including brazing of copper tubingto avoid leakage for smooth functioning of central AC Plant and maintain the temperature 22+2 degree centigrade. |
| 2 | Note for item 1.00:-(a) The 02 (Two) preventive / periodical maintenance services and 01 (one) annual comprehensive maintenance service to each chiller machines (02 nos) of Make : M/s VOLTAS LTD. of screw type compressor, 80 TR each. The contractor shall submit the record of periodical/preventive/Annual maintenance services carried out by M/s VOLTAS LTD.(b) The cost ofcompressor oil, as and when required to be replaced / replenished during the entire contract period is deemed to be paid as separately item (as required).(c) The repair / replacement cost (M&L) of all defective parts / spares of AC plant higher side ( flange to flange), as and when required, is deemed to be included in quoted rates and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect at any stage.(d) The cost of transportation (to and fro) and other necessary equipment shall be arranged / brought by contractor to complete the job and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect. |
| 3 | Note for item 1.00 (Contd..):-(e) Contractor has to carry out all major and minor break down/repairs pertains to complete machineries of central AC Plant & connected items i.e. rates quoted by the contractor shall bedeemed to be included for all except any damage due to natural disasters such as flash, floods, earth quake, cyclone etc. (f) The entire work as mentioned in srl item no 1.00, shall be got executed through OEM i.e. M/s VOLTAS LTD. only. The contractor will have to submit MoU on stamp paper of Rs. 100/- duly notarized as per proforma mentioned in tender document within fifteen days from date of acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and work will executed as per policy invouge of the contractors default.(g) The chiller machines along with connected items will be handed over to contractor in running condition, but with fair wear & tear which can be meet out through annual comprehensive maintenance. Hence, the bidder is advised to visit the site to assess the quantum of work to be carried out in this contract and quote their rates accordingly and no claim in this effect will be accepted at any stage.(h) All the complained / faults will be addressed within 30 min from the time of receipt of complaint. If, contractor or his tradesmen fails to attend the complained within 2 hrs from the time of receipt of complaint, the compensation/penalty of Rs. 500.00 (Rupees Five Hundred only) per complaint per hr for first 04 hrs and after that Rs. 1000.00 (Rupees One Thousand only) per complaint per hr shall be recovered from the contractor’s dues. |
| 4 | Dismantling compressor ofcentral AC plantfor overhauling complete with connected pipe line and loading unloading mechanism &disconnecting of electric motor of compressor, refrigerant line, gauges pipe and carry out the general over hauling of compressor ofcapacity 2 x 40 TR, including replacement of springs, aluminiumwasher packing, screw, lath work, cleaning with detergent & cotton waste, changing of compressor oil etc. and cleaning the suction filter, oil filter, replacing the defective parts and making compete system functional for safe guard the gas with self pumping down system or with total recovery unit system including following operation complete all as specified & directed: -Note :- (i) Charging of Nitrogen Gas inunit & complete system at 300 psi pressure and checking of any dropping of pressure / leakage up to 24 Hrs after overhauling of compressor & rectification of leakage if any.(ii) Vaccumisation of complete system for minimum 2 days for dropping of vacuum pressure& rectification of leakage if any.(iii) Testing & commissioning of compressor after completion. (iv) Spare parts of compressor, required to be replaced, shall be measured and paid separately as \"Supplyonly in replacement \" under respective item of this schedule (Srl Item Nos 2.01 to 2.12).However, cost of labour shall deemed to be included in quoted rate for this item. |
