Providing and erecting Precast RCC Boundary Wall of required height (up to approx, 2.5 m), constructed using precast RCC panels inserted between precast RCC posts, including all labor, materials, equipments and complete operations required for; Manufacturing, transporting, and erecting precast RCC panels and posts with grooves, Excavation and laying of individual PCC footings for each post (PCC 1:3:6), Fixing and aligning posts vertically, Sliding RCC panels into place with proper joints sealing and finish, Finishing, curing and all incidental works complete. The entire work shall be executed as per detailed technical specifications enclosed in the Annexure. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of all components such as RCC Panels, RCC Posts, Foundation Concrete, transportation, fixing, tools, machinery, loading/unloading, and all other incidental charges-- Complete in all respects. No extra payment shall be made for individual components. Unit of Measurement: Square Meter (Sqm) of wall face area (Length X Height)
