The square and tapered edges of the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing with Gyproc® Pro-Fill Jointing compound, (Conforms to ASTM C475) Gyproc® Joint Paper tape or fibre tape etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.The junction of the partition with masonry & all penetration through the partition has to be treated with Hilti/Pyroplex fire and acoustic sealant.The rate includes all the material & labour &scaffolding requiredfor all above process (Except Steel tube frame and painting of board) . |

| 19 | Providing & Fixing of Door frame of size (125X 55 ) mm with inbuilt rebate profile made out of 1.60 mm thick galvanized steel sheet (Zinc coating not less than 120 gm/sqm) . Frames shall be Butt jointed and assembled with bolting system for strength. Door leaf single/double should be 60 mm thick fully flush double skin, manufactured from 1.2mm thick galvanised steel sheet and shall be provided with reinforcement pads & necessary provision for receiving appropriate Hardware. The Shutter shall be filled with infill material honey comb kraft paper density 180 GSM or proprietary infill material insulation as per prototype test report. Vision panels will be of 120 minutes fire rating. The glass of vision panel shall be clear , toughened, non wired fire resistant of 6 mm thickness of SAINTGOBAIN//EQ approved brand with 120 minutes of fire resistance. The glass shall be able to withstand fire attack from both side. Shutter shall be fixed to frame with SS 304 ball bearing hinges of approved make as per direction of E-I-C. The door frame and shutter shall be finished with powder coating RAL 7035. |
