Removal of existing paint up to the bare metal and application of protective coating work for structural steel items of GMRT antenna structure at all elevation. The work includes removal of existing paint from structure, clean them up to bare metal, apply two coats of epoxy primer and two coats of Polyurethane (PU) finish paint. Total DFT minimum 210 microns. The item includes consumables required for cleaning and paintings like paint brushes, emery papers, tools and tackles, cost of labor, scaffolding if any, safety accessories etc and any other thing which is essential for successful completion of the work.Free Issue items- Epoxy primer, PU finish paint & thinners.Any two antennas in the radius of 30 Kms from GMRT Office at Giant Meter wave Radio Telescope (GMRT), Khodad, Tal. Junnar, Dist. Pune 410504 will be given for painting.Qty Variation ± 10 %
