Providing Services for Reflector Surface refurbishment work of 45Mtr Dia Parabolic Dish of GMRT Antenna as per the attached sheet, drawings & images.The work includes removal of all items of reflector surface and replacing the items with new ones. Items to be replaced includes Stainless steel (SS) welded wire mesh of different sizes approx.(1700 SqM), SS turnbuckles, Aluminum angles (FA & MA Angles), Damaged SS wire ropes, giving necessary tension to the ropes to maintain parabolic shape and finally checking the parabolaprofile with the help of theodolite all complete as per drawing details SOP and as directed by engineers. Necessary items like SS Wire mesh, SS turnbuckles, SS flats, SS screws etc will be supplied by GMRT and will be installed on the antenna in presence of GMRT representatives. Necessary scaffolding, safety nets and other safety PPEs, necessary tools for the work (except theodolite) etc are in the scope of contractor.The details of work to be carried out and procedure to be followed are as per Scope of work / Technical Specifications and conditions in the tender documents.Note : Please quote rate for transportation + LabourQuantity Variation +/- 10%.
