Careful removal of Architectural stone members after documentation and transportation of removed members and stacking properly in the temple premises using necessary skilled work force like Sr.Stapaty, Stapaty, Asst.Stapaty and equipment and tools like cranes, tractors, crow barsincluding hire charges, fuel charges, operational charges and all other applicable charges and taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in charge.

Earth work excavation manually without using machinery for excavation including transportation using power tillers and stacking inside temple premises for reuse using necessary skilled work force like masons and mazdoors, hire charges, fuel charges, operator charges for power tillers, charges for required tools and all other applicable charges and taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in charge.

Sand Filling for foundation including cost of material, labour charges and including all other applicable taxes and chargesetc., complete as directed by the site in charge.

Laying of lime concrete in proportion (1:2:4) using 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate for foundation to stone masonry including cost of men and material charges and all other applicable charges & taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in charge.

Construction of stone masonry (below the ground) in Lime Mortar (1:2) using hard granite of sizes 0.23 x 0.23 x 0.15 mts. (avg) including men and material charges and all other applicable charges & taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in charge.

Purchase of New stone for pillars, mandapa stone missing etc., including necessary transportation obtained from approved quarry of the stone of similar texture including preparation of the architectural stone of similar texture including 3 line at palamana dressing including preparation of the architectural stone members and stacking etc., complete as directed by the site in charge.

Fixing of double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1-50 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc., wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as directed by the site in charge.
