Arrangement of safety equipments for the protection of staff and machine to make the working area free from all toxic gases and free from accident working at site as per NHRC guidelines.

Plugging of total sewage water entering into the channel by desisting of channel with the help of trained Staff machine and manual labor and making necessary arrangement with gunny bags and providing dewatering system to make the area workable and removal of all floating material, silt from the channel and dumping the same outside as per site requirement.

Dismantling of Rake Classifier by cutting of old & rusted fasteners with help of gas cutter and shifting the same on the ground level with the help of manual labour / mobile crane.

Overhauling of complete set of shafts, cover plates & plumber blocks complete, worm gear in terms of shape, size, MOC and finishing etc.

Strengthening of push rods and strengthening of MS steel structure of the complete damaged portion & patch work.

Overhauling/ strengthening of sprocket wheel, pinion and chain as per sample in respect to shape, size & MOC.

Strengthening of gear box with repairing of worm out parts and refurbishment of motor in all respect.

Testing / Commissioning of complete classifier system unit after general servicing of starter, making electric connection and testing of the same on load at site.
