Corrigendum : Tender For Resurfacing/ Recarpating Of Bitumous Road Near Suhana Hotel To Jagannathpur Hp Petrol Pump At Jagannathpur Ocp Of Bhatgaon Area.
Scarifying Existing Bituminous Surface to a depth of 50 mm by Mechanical Means.Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres.

Water Bound Macadam- Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of specification. (For Grading-II Material)

Tack Coat-Providing and applying tack coat with catonic bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom and as per relevant clauses of section-503 of specifications. (ii) @0.30 kg per sqm (dry & hungry bituminous surfaces /granular surfaces treated with primer)

Bituminous Concrete Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects

Seal Coat-Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A seal coat and B seal coats all complete as per clause 511 of specification .Case - I : Type A Providing and laying of liquid seal coat comprising of an application of layer of bitumen binder followed by a caver of story chips. All complete as per clause 511 of specification.
