Renovation lawns including weeding forking the ground, top dressing with forked soil, watering and maintenance the lawns, for 30 days or more, till the grass forms a thick lawn, free from weeds, and fit for moving and disposal of rubish as directed, including supplying good earth, if needed but excluding the cost of well decayed farmyard manure.

Hire charges for engaging Front End Loader 1 cum capacity for removing and loading the bushes / tree branches and debris etc., from the road side berms and medians. The rate shall include the hire charges for machinery, operating staff, fuel charges and lubricants and all taxes etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Hire charges for engaging of tractor with tipper attachment. The rate shall include the hire charge of machinery, operating staff and cleaner salaries, fuel charges, lubricants and all taxes etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of excavated earth from the site within an average lead of 7 Km including incidental, loading and unloading on the PWD road side, low lying area etc., disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed etc, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Supply of well decomposed dried cow / goat dung farm yard manure in a powdery form, devoid of soil sand, stones, plastics and other materials, highly nutrient and which supports plant growth. The rate includes loading transporting and unloading to the site as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Mixing charges of well decomposed farm yard manure along with existing red soil and sand uniformly for preparation of soil mixture as directed by the Engineer-in-charges (excluding material cost)

Planting of Bougainvillea hybrid foliage shrub variety of height 30- 45cm in polythene bag of dia 20cm including loading and unloading charges, transportation, stacking of saplings at site, earth work excavation of required size, plantingof sapling, refilling of excavated earth and maintaining the plants for initial two months etc as directed by the site in charge
