| 1 | Repairing & Overhauling of 11 KV VCB installed at 33/11 KV Sub Station under EDD-I, Gonda by dismantling damaged/defective electrical components/ spares due to excessive tripping & faults, Replacement of Part- buffer plate, high charging lever, hold on trigger link, female contacts, side gutkha, tripping and closing coil with housing, full gear large, full gear medium, full gear small, all type of bush side spring, side gutkha, rack in rack out gear. Bottom gear, bottom gear gutkha, female patiya (Aluminum & Copper), vaccum insulator, S clamp, tripping rod patti, vaccum supporting tube, closing rod patti, auxiliary plug, auxiliary rotary switch , TNC switch , limit switch, VCB on/off push button, charging T pin balance bearing, MCB double pole, HRC fuse, Volt selective switch , Ampere selective switch, charging motor thermostat LED Indicator lights, Various types of nut-bolts, with new spare parts with six months warranty of all spare & service. Cleaning of bus-bar in case of flashing with thinner & painting with insulation paint (Dr. Break) testing & energizing the same. All materials as required for overhauling shall be supplied by the contractor.(Note Rate of interrupter is not included) |
