1	Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete to any thickness as in slabs,beams incl cutting of reinforcement as reqd at site.

371	Materal and labour for construction of brick masonary valve pit chamber of size 900x900x600 mm (Internal dimension) using sub class ,B, bricks complete, earth work, PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, brick masonary sub class bricks 23 cm build n cement mortar and below ground level PCC with 1:2:4 type B2 using 20mm grade stone aggregate, copng 50 mm thick including frame of size 75x75x6mm made of angles iron and chamber cover made of MS sheet of 4 mm thickness double leaf including MS hinges locking arrangement with provision of locks and keys, painting of the steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary excavation, returning & filling & removing of surplus soil etc complete all as specified and as dircted by Engineer in Charge.
372	Supply, laying and jointing GI tubes, medium grade 20mm dia in lengths with screwed and socket joints together with all galvanised steel fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, union, short pieces, connectors, check nuts, caps, plugs etc fixed complete laid in walls/under floorscomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
373	Supply & Fixed on walls and ceiling or laid in floor/walls and jointing GI tubes, 15 mm dia medium grade in lengths with screwed and socket joints together with all galvanised steel fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, union, short pieces, connectors, check nuts, caps, plugs etc fixed complete laid in wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .Note : GI pipe Outlet Connection from Sintex tank to Geyser inlet shall be concealed & from Geyser Outlet to tap point shall also be concealed.Cost of the same deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate & nothing shall be paid extra on this account.
374	Supply and fixing Bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch orbutterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed of size 15 mm
375	S&F Gun metal gate valve 15mm bore with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipes complete all as specified and directed .
