| 3 | M & L Preparing unsurfaced WBM/WMM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally cleaning the surfaces with mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and Applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 8.5 kg/ 10 sqm on surface on WMM/WBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed. |
| 4 | M&L Repairs to pot holes any depth n.exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting round edges to at least 25 mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 Sq.m of paving bitumen VG-10, putting in pre mix as specifed for thin bituminous carpet (2 cm thick), well rammed and sealed with premixed sand seal coat (6.8 kg of binder with 0.06 cum of sand), again well rammed (including supply of pre mix binder and sand), depth of pot holes not exc 30mm andcomplete all as specified and as directed. |

| 9 | M & L for Preparation of road surface and applying thermoplastic reflective paint for marking of minimum 2.0 mm thick single coat as a centre line or edge line etc, road marking n exc 100 mm width using thermo plastic paint (Hot application) white/yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as binder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, inter fillers etc, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be confirming to BS-6086 of MoRTH specification including spraying of glass beads etc complete all as per manufacturer\"s instructions and complete all as specified and directed. |
| 10 | Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of size 100mm x 100mm x 18mm with PAMA striplens relector fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturers instructions. Make : DA 978of Darkeye or equivalent model of makes specified. |
