| 3 | Notes for item Nos. 1 & 2 above: [a] The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of electrical connection using suitable size copper conductor multistranded PVC insulated PVC sheathed armoured cable from the main switch to the DSL assembly. [b] The span, clear long travel and clear height above girder position specified are only indicative. Tenderer shall visit the site and ascertain the exact span, clear long travel and clear height above girder as per site conditions and as per existing dimensions of building at site before quoting the tender.[c] All movements shall be operated by means of push buttons from floor level with protective panel independently with inter locking arrangement to avoid accident due to manual/dual operation, if accidentally crane is operated from ground. [d] Push button unit shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. The cable control shall have push button for stop at all motions at hold the locations. [e] Testing of crane shall be carried out at No load, Full load and Over load all as specified and as directed. All materials and manpower required for the testing arrangements is deemed to be included in the quoted rate and nothing extra is admissible.(f) Guard shall be provided all along the length with approach ladders on both sides of crane with hand rail on both the sides of ladder at a suitable level and the ladders should have landing platforms at every 4 to 5m or less(g) The crane should be manufactured as per latest IS standard and safety factors. (h) Prior approval of Accepting Officer shall be obtained for the detailed construction drg of EOT cranes .(i) The final drawings and design of the crane shall be got approved from IIT/NIT before manufacturing of the crane and shall be submitted to Accepting Officer for approval.(j) Mechanical stopper will be provided on both side of Main Girder as per manufacturer\"s recommendation.(k) If any work not specified above, but considered necessary for efficient installation, working and performance of EOT cranes, the same shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the Department and the quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for this provision.(l) Contractor shall provide manufacturer’s on site replacement warranty for 05 years. |
| 4 | S & F in repairs sheet metal enclosure with TPN enclosure with 3 Pole and earth, metal plug and socket complete with one MCB, TP, 32 Amps, 415 volts, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 5 | Supply and Laying LT XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty, electric power cables of size 3.5 core 25 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade, with aluminium conductor laid in trenches / passing through pipe / duct / road crossing / fixed on poles / walls and connecting up with suitable glands, lugs, nuts and bolts and testing on completion including taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 6 | Earthing complete with Galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below normal GL connected with galvanised earth strip 32x6mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of Galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including taking out old perished earth pits complete all as directed.[Note: The unit rate shall be deemed to include for excavation & earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, MS angle iron frame 40x40x6mm, RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover 40mm thick with 8mm dia steel reinforcement bars at 150mm c/c both ways, MS handle 12mm dia, CI funnel and wire mesh, GI watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade for watering, GI protection pipe light grade 40mm dia, earthing lead upto 7.5m including taking down old earrthing sets complete all as specified in preambles of SSR Part-II and as shown in plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I.] |
