M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2, (Using 40 mm graded stone agg) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick,set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 as in floors with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates, as in kerb/ benching/ coping, bed plates, for fixing of hold fast,water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches, pillars,etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete block walling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast concrete block walling type C1 (1:3:6) using 20 mm graded stone agg with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair faces of brick work or on one side of lathing finishing even and smooth without using extra cementcomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats ofcement base paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed. Note :-The newly plastered surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even and smooth all as per satifaction of Engr-in-Charge. The cost of all materials, T&P and labour required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:5:10) type E2, (using 40 mm graded stone agg) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60mm thick coloured rubber moulded glossy finish machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, M-50 Grade with grey cement & pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.
