| 11 | Note: (i) Crossing width and actual HDD string length shall vary based on approved design calculations and site conditions to ensure stresses are within permissible limits as per codes/specifications. Final string length and depth of cover shall be approved by the concerned authority / Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 12 | (ii)Payment shall be made on the actual length of pipeline laid by HDD, measured between approved tie-in joints. |
| 13 | (iii) Rates are inclusive of transportation, mobilization, engineering, approvals, string preparation, welding, NDT, pre-testing, HDD execution (pilot drilling, reaming, pulling), coating, post-hydrotesting, restoration, and all incidental activities required for successful completion of the HDD crossing including Post-hydrotesting. |
