Necessary aluminium / M.S. ladder shall be provided at the cost of the contractor, to the full height of scaffolding at required location around the building to enable Departmental Supervisor/Engineer climb up and closely watch the repair work of the building. |

(panels shall be made by least ratio of cement mortar and the same shall be thoroughly cleaned before receiving further treatment). Incase of any leaks found, Foam grouting shall be done, which will be paid under relevant item. d) When the entire surface is water-tight, dry and moisture free, one coat of bituminous primer shall be applied over surface @ 0.3 kg/sqm and 1st layer of 5 - layered, 4mm thick, polymer reinforced APP membrane WP SHIELD P4180 from CERA / Torchseal 4PI from FOSROC / SIKA shall be laid with 200mm overlapping by torch - on application when the primed surface is tacky and as per the manufacturers recommendation. e) The second layer of 4 or 5 - layered, 4mm thick, polymer reinforced APP membrane WP SHIELD - SLATED from CERA / Torchseal 4PI from FOSROC / SIKA shall be laid with 200mm overlapping by torch - on application when the primed surface is tacky and as per the manufacturers recommendation shall be laid in perpendicular direction to the first layer.
